To make an on-line Ring O'Bells booking please complete the following boxes. A confirming letter will then be sent to you in the next seven working days, giving the name of the Caller, the name of the Band (if a Band is chosen) and the name of the contact on the night. The letter will ask you to send a small deposit not exceeding £150. The balance to be paid on the night. We will then contact you approximately five working days before the event to confirm everything is OK. The Caller and Band (if booked) will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the start time to get set up. In the case of weddings the Band will only set up when speeches have finished and will set up as the tables are being cleared unless by prior arrangement and at extra cost. Please note the cancellation fee structure, you will be asked to agree with it before we can accept the booking.
